1 tbs Mayorga Organics Chia Seeds, hydrated
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 c molasses
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp each: cinnamon, clove, allspice
1. Combine all the wet ingredients and the sugar
2. Add the dry ingredients.
3. Pour into a greased loaf pan
4. Gently press in about 1/2 cup pepitas on top.
5. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
