Cube a loaf of brioche or challah and arrange in a greased 6-cup baking pan.
Mix 2 1/4 cups almond milk
4 tbs coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c sugar
Pinch of salt.
1. Heat until combined but not boiling
2. Remove from heat
3. Whisk in 2 tbs Mayorga Organics Chia Seeds
4. When the milk mixture has cooled slightly, pour it over the bread
5. Bake at 350F for about 25 min.
6. Serve with whipped cream, maple syrup, powedered sugar, or jam!
